今天看到一个有趣的post,看来这个年头,RP差的人也不少:
Day 1: Client Orders VPS with cPanel
第一天:客户下订单购买了VPS和Cpanel;
Day < 30: Client added 50GB Storage
30天之内,客户设置为50G的磁盘容量;
Day < 30: Client said that he is exceeding storage and will upgrade soon, gave him free 50GB Storage for the meantime.
依然是30天之内,客户说磁盘不够用,于是我再次免费给了客户50G的磁盘空间;
Day < 30: Client exceeded the storage(with the free 50gb we gave him) and his server crashed due to insufficient disk storage.
还是30天之内,客户VPS宕机,因为增加的50G磁盘空间再次被消耗完毕;
Day < 30: Fixed the server and gave him another 50GB storage for free asking him to upgrade immediately.
30天之内,我们再次免费给予了用户50GB的磁盘空间,并且知会用户尽快升级;
Day < 30: Send multiple emails about his vps needs to be upgraded due to excessive storage consumption before the next invoice renewal. ( No responses )
30天之内,我们多次发送邮件催促客人尽快按照实际磁盘需求升级,因为下一个月的订单到来之后才能方便支付(没有任何回应);
Day > 30: Customer refused to upgrade nor wanted to pay the invoice, it was a few days overdue, we shut down the VPS(already sent emails notifying his service will be interrupted if he fails to pay). As soon as it got shutdown, client msged us. He said he’ll be migrating to a server, because he has outgrown his VPS. (Okay, thank you for the cancellation notice.) Then client proceeds to ask for the server to be up to get the backups, we told him the cpanel license expired he needs to pay us $20 to get it activated, and we’ll disregard the other amounts that he owes us if he transfers out within 5 days. He agreed.
30天之后:客户拒绝升级,并且也不愿意支付,当账单过期几天之后,我们关闭了这个VPS(在关闭之前也反复发送邮件给客人,告知帐户即将关闭)。然而当VPS一关闭,客户马上就给我们发送信息了,说他将会将帐户转移到独立服务器上(感谢上苍,总算是收到了明确的取消答复),客人还要求将VPS启动,便于备份数据。我们告诉他,因为cpanel的license过期了,因此需要支付20美元才可以再次开启服务器,然后客人用paypal支付了我们20美元,我们也告诉他,如果在5天之内能将数据转移完毕,他还没有支付给我们的部分我们给他免掉,客人也答应了;
Day > 30: 5 days is up, shutted down the server. He msged us again, “we still have a few sites that we need backups on”. Okay, we generated the backup to our server and gave him the URL to download.
又过了5天,我们再次将VPS关闭,客户马上又发消息告诉我们说他还有些站点需要备份,于是我们给客户备份,然后告诉了一个链接,让他下载;
Day > 30: Customer filed a dispute on paypal for that $20. “Service not received”
后来,我们在paypal上收到一个争议,要求我们退款20美元给他,原因是,服务没有收到。彻底无语了
I lol’ed…..speechless.
cosbeta在想,这个世界上要是真有这样的人,他们占了这点小便宜,难道不觉得愧疚么?
