msn上一位朋友问我,上次ix down了那么久,给你什么赔偿了?于是我就在ix发送tickect,其实我不希望有多少赔偿,虽然说上次断了,但是和国内相比还是好多了,所以赔偿不赔偿无所谓,但是ix还是给了我多一个月的使用赔偿,可见,服务态度还是很不错的,你呢?也可以争取看看?下面是我的tickect记录

don’t you have Compensation for your server’s downtime ?if so.plese explaint to me,you may check the down time between 2006.12.1-2007.3.1,the downtime is far more longer than you’ve promised
